DELIVERY

Orders are shipped at the declared value for all countries. For France, shipments can be made by Chronopost with delivery on Saturday morning. All other shipments are made by UPS. The table below contains the guide for shipment costs corresponding to the weight and destinations.

The prices indicated are in € before tax, to which a 1% insurance cost is added to the value of your order.

VERY IMPORTANT

You should verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery slip whereby you accept the package.

Verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been done once the delivery slip has been signed. We recommend that you do not judge by the outer condition of the package since it does not in any way determine the condition of the product.

IF THE INDICATIONS ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED, NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. (Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code).

The delivery companies have provided us with delivery deadlines. These deadlines are only estimates. ATELCOM MONTE CARLO cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, if any.

Delivered packages must be signed for. Please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be present.

If the merchandise that is ordered must be returned to ATELCOM MONTE CARLO because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

No delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays
